The 7/15 game between Westland Hills and Pine Bush was suspended in the bottom of the 3rd inning because of rain. The remainder of the game was to be played Saturday 7/17. Unfortunately, Pine Bush had to forfeit the game because of a shortage of players. Despite the Pine Bush forfeit, Westland Hills and Pine Bush had a great time playing 4 innings of scrimmage baseball in the hot morning sun just for the fun of it. Sammy A. and Joey T. from Westland Hills said it was great fun meeting the Pine Bush kids and coaches and playing for the Pine Bush team during the scrimmage. Best of luck to all teams next week.
