Love Rec!! Beautiful night for baseball and had a great battle with Comtois Home. Early fireworks by Evan Austin & Sammy Case with triples in the first. More runs came in 4th with hard hit doubles by Scatts and Ryan Patrick. Also some great defense tonight as Matt & Evan making big catches deep in the outfield and Johnny robbing Hedderman with a diving stop at SS. Josh Renaldi led off the 6th trailing 6-5 and got on w/ a HBP. That was followed up by 3 consecutive doubles by Graney, Austin & Scatts. Sammy & Matt Calicchia followed with a singles and the damage was done. Scatt closed it out with the last two outs being recorded by 2nd baseman Josh Renaldi who after robbing Keenan with a nice catch to end the game was MOBBED by his teammates. That's why I LOVE REC. Great season with a fun bunch of boys and great parents. Thanks for the memories and all the different heroes each game.
