Welcome to the Clifton Park Mud Hens. Remember to set watches for site updates. Sounds like there will be a 16 yr old All-Star Team from the league. Let me know your post July 12 schedules if you think you may qualify.

Tonight versus Greenfield at CP Commons on the Majors field (steel fences). 6PM game be there at 5:15PM.

Ice, elevation,and compression help if you do get a sore arm. Pushups will help your arm strength and help you avoid sore arms. Also use a bungee cord attached to something and pull it mimicking a good mechanical throwing motion. Basic steps will keep your arm in shape. You guys should never have sore arms. That is indicative of not doing enough of the right kind of throwing and not using good mechanics.
